No. We can work under a power of attorney and arrange video viewings of your property.
What kind of property can I list with you?
Apartments, studios, villas and offices in Casablanca, for rent — furnished or unfurnished, long or short term — or for sale.
What happens once a tenant is found?
If you wish, we handle property management: inventory reports, rent collection, minor repairs and regular reporting.
Which language do we communicate in?
French, English and Arabic. In Spanish and Italian, we communicate through translated messages.
